Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Apex Labs handles information used by Apex Labs Ads Operator. Last updated August 27, 2026.
What we collect
When an authorized user connects a Google account, we may receive basic account identity information and Google Ads account data that the user permits us to access. This may include customer and account identifiers, campaign structure, ads, keywords, budgets, performance statistics, conversion records, and change history. We may also process lead-quality or sales-outcome data supplied by an authorized client.
How we use information
We use this information to provide reporting, prepare and manage approved advertising work, troubleshoot account setup, measure qualified business outcomes, protect the service, and keep an audit record of authorized operations.
Google user data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with the authorized client, personnel who need it to provide the service, service providers that help us host or secure the system, or when required by law. Service providers are limited to the work they perform for us.
Security and retention
We use access controls, protected credentials, logging, and other reasonable safeguards. We keep information only as long as needed for the authorized work, security, legal duties, or legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
Your choices
An authorized user may revoke Google access through their Google Account permissions or remove Apex Labs access from the connected Google Ads account. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, email mr.nigeljames@gmail.com. Some records may be kept when required for security, legal, or audit purposes.
